How tracking works
Order tracking is provided by the merchant, marketplace, or courier you ordered from. hondaservice.ae does not run its own tracking system. You can usually find tracking updates on the merchant’s order page or in the delivery notification they sent you.
Getting help with tracking
If you need assistance, you can email us at contact@hondaservice.ae. Describe your order and the tracking information you have. We can forward your request to the relevant merchant or supplier when appropriate. Please do not include card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials in your email.
What affects tracking visibility
- How often the merchant or courier updates the tracking status
- Courier scan events at transit points
- Destination country and customs clearance
- Order status (shipped, in transit, delivered)
